NOTE :
- Documents 4 to 6 must be notarized and attested by the ministry of Foreign Affairs and by the U.A.E Embassy in the country of origin and/or the relevant embassy in the UAE (for Branch of a foreign company) or if the owner / share holder is an entity of an FZE/FZC;
- Letter of local auditor in U.A.E. confirming acceptance of their appointment is required for FZE/FZC companies;
- SAIF-Zone reserves the right to obtain additional documents, required.
